Children's Ministries

The preschool and children’s ministries at Woodland Hills seek to serve parents by partnering with them in the mighty and awesome task of teaching and training. We recognize that parents have the ultimate duty before God to teach and instruct children in righteousness.

Youth Ministries

The purpose of the WHY Ministry is to develop growing disciples who will influence our World for Jesus Christ. We believe that the parents are responsible for the shaping and teaching of their child. We do seek to partner with parents in providing a place where they can see the gospel of Jesus Christ lived out in front of them.

Women's Ministries

Women need other women as friends, as teachers, as mentors. The Women’s Ministry of Woodland Hills Church strives to meet both the spiritual and social needs of women in our church and community so they may Connect to God, to other women in the body and Connect to Others.

Men's Ministries

The Bible makes it abundantly clear that men are to take the primary leadership role in Christ’s church. Not only are men to be leaders in Christ’s church but also they are to be leaders in their families, to be credible witnesses in the marketplace, and to have a deep abiding relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Worship Ministries

Worship at Woodland Hills Church entails opportunities in the choir, vocal and band ministry as well as the technical arena.

Small Groups Ministries

Life Groups meet on a weekly basis, usually on Sunday evenings. They are small, intimate groups that are meant to help our members: Connect to God through indepth Bible Study; Connect to the Body by rubbing shoulders together regularly in an intimate enviroment; and Connect to Others by local service projects to the community at large.

Adult Sunday School

Here adults focus on Connecting to God by learning what the Bible has to say from teachers who love God and want to share what He has taught them. The setting is like a class, so Connecting to Others sometimes happens, but not as effectively as in a small group.

Service

C.A.R.E. is a ministry that helps the church be more effective in reaching out to guests, members and our community. Its purpose is to expand the Kingdom of God by developing disciples and reaching out to those who don’t know Christ.

The C.A.R.E. Ministry is a testimony of how God can lead a congregation of believers, like ours, to do what Jesus commanded. The life of a disciple is an incredible, life-changing journey. One we hope you will walk with us.

Special Needs Ministry

This ministry ministers to those individuals with developmental disabillities.
